Mainz, 19.10.2020– The competition „Gewählt zum Kundenservice des Jahres 2021“ officially announces its first German prize winners on 4 November 2020.
The award ceremony will no longer take place in Frankfurt am Main, but will instead honour the companies with the highest ratings in the customer service audit in a digital event. The organisers of the international competition are thus offering all those involved in customer service and interested spectators the opportunity to take part in this special event and get to know all the winners of the year-round concept. The award ceremony of the international competition, in which the quality of German customer service is measured and compared, is the final highlight for participating companies.
