Mainz - Numerous companies have registered their customer service for the first edition of Gewählt zum Kundenservice des Jahres (Voted Customer Service of the Year in Germany) and are competing against each other as of today. Despite turbulent times, all of this year's participants in the competition prepared themselves for the upcoming 10 week test phase and can demonstrate the excellence of their customer service. As additional support, each participant received a welcome package for their team members, which can be used as a small gift for the efforts of the past weeks as well as motivation for the coming phase.
