We would like to congratulate the winners for winning their category. With their performance in the area of customer service, they were able to hold their own against their competitors in a 10 - week audit from 25 May to 31 July 2020. In total, the customer service of 19 companies was tested with over 4,000 mystery enquiries via telephone, e-mail, web navigation, chat and social media. Mystery testers confronted the customer service of the participating companies with a test series of a total of 140 calls, 45 e-mail enquiries, 15 web navigation tests, 10 social media enquiries and 15 chat enquiries.
In 6 categories, award winners were identified who were able to maintain their high level of service despite the Corona crisis and won the title "Gewählt zum Kundenservice des Jahres 2021" (Voted Customer Service of the Year 2021 in Germany). In 3 other categories no prize winners could be identified. Now the winners have the opportunity to use the coveted logo as a special sign of their service quality to customers.
